I’ve gotten myself into a whole mess again.
Tests, CCA and now Band. =/
Yes, I desperately need my CIP hours anyway. I don’t even know what I’m supposed to. There’s this mega-big Father of all Chemisty Tests next week, testing us on like 3 FULL topics. >.< But I’ll be away for dragonboating on that day, so I’ll take it with Imran on Tuesday.
Speaking of whom, he kicked a ball so hard today it burst and everyone went home sad, disappointed and depressed.
After all this time
I never thought we’d be here
Never thought we’d be here
When my love for you was blind
But I couldn’t make you see it
Couldn’t make you see it
That I loved you more than you’ll ever know
A part of me died when I let you go
Singapore won their bid and I propose and half day or even a full day off from schools all over Singapore to celebrate such a wonderful event. ;D
Alright this means that Singapore’s gonna rush the construction of the new Stadium thingy to replace the Nation Stadium as well as the Integragted Resort thing by hte year 2010. Sounds crazy cause they have only around 2 years to get everything done and settled for the games.
Anyway, Ramiele sang great on American Idol tonight. Simon said she’s the most consistent singer. Let it remain that way, yeah? xD
Omg I feel like a sterotypical Asian who supports the only Asian in the competition.
>.<
Tests, tests and tests this whole week. >.<
Anyway I’ve got good news. My brother managed to get into MJC with 11 (-2 = 9) points, with no appeal, no “1st 3 months” whatsoever. And here’s the thing. Last year he totally skipped his Chinese O Level Paper but managed to scrape an E8 for it. This so bloody means I can apply for a JC without having to pass my Chinese!
Okay that’s comforting to know, but I’m still gonna make an effort to pass it..hmmm.
Maybe not?
American Idol’s on tomorrow night, with the 12 ladies performing. Tonight’s show was for the guys, which I bet Liyana was watching. ;D
Speaking of which, I bumped into a happy Liyana outside TKG today cause training was apprantly cancelled for her LOL.
-.-
It’s very sad.
Someone’s starting a petition against the building of the Air Conditioned Halls. I said I’m not gonna sign it unless at least 80 people signs it too. =/
Anyway yesterday was a great day, with tomorrow getting better.
Breakfast @ Vivo with Azri.
Suntec after that where we witnessed a logically “slower” person played some nice tune on a piano for sale at some departmental store. Azri said people who’s “logic thinking” side of the brain is less developed has a more “creative” side of a brain. That explains those autistic kids usually can’t learn quick but are super gifted in some talent, like art or music.
That guy (could tell he was slightly retarded) started hitting random keys on the piano and soon he started playing something really catchy (by just banging on the keys). =/
Church service @ the Rock Auditorium later on with Melonie. Got to know Denise Ng and a couple other people.
Sadly couldn’t join them for dinner later on.
Dinner at Melissa’s with Imran.
Got to meet 2 old boys of TK, one of which used to play in a soccer club in England! He’s Indian with an English accent so I was fondly reminded of Russell Peters when he spoke. ^^
Okay tomorrow’s a half day. A single period of FT Admin, followed by 3 Periods of Choices, then ending the day with a single period of Chinese. I think a movie after that with the usual people.
I hope there’s no Dragonboating in the upcoming week, cause I’m not in the moooooood. >.<
No one watches American Idol anymore, ever since William Hung disappeared amongst the swarming crowd of Asians. Or maybe after Chris Daughtry left half way through the competition (which he deserved to win).
The girl’s name (title of this post) is some damn cute girl who made it into the Top 24.
And she’s ASIAN! ;D
Go google her or something, but I think she’s the reason why I’m back, hooked on American Idol after 2 Seasons. =D
I feel like it’s been months since school reopened, but it’s not even 2 months, and it’s just so hard to believe. Valentine’s Day is coming up and… … …
The first dragonboating training starts tomorrow, followed by 3 more trainings and 1 final “race”, which pretty much marks the end of my time in the unit. School life’s just so mundane and routine, it almost seems like Black & White everyday now, since the thing that coloured my world has left.
Let’s just done and over it already. C’mon 2008, bring this chapter to a close. One, last final close.
Most people don’t care. You feel like doing something, you feel like changing your mind, you just do it and expect everything to just go along with what you feel.
Have you ever thought about the confusion I went through, just to freaking understand what you were thinking. Have you ever considered and gave a shit about how I felt?
No.
I guess you never really cared anyway.
Never.
Waiting for the clock to hit midnight so I can get my ass off to bed. Parents say it’s goodluck to stay up on Chinese New Year Eve and the longer you stay up, the longer they live.
School wasn’t that fun today. Besides screwing up someone’s face by drawing all over it and giving him fake newspaper boobs, I pretty much wasted my whole day today. Jamming after school wasn’t fun either, with Dennis in such a bad mood and stuff. The CNY concert was just plain horrible, with it’s standard going down year after year, to a point where they had to get Edmund Chen to come sing although he’s voice was horribly off.
I doubt the next four days are gonna be fun. There’s the constant bugging of Mr Hardworking Justin telling me to complete the truckload of homework the teachers gave us.
Update of things going on in school so I won’t go crazy. -.-
-
TK thrashed Chai Chee Sec 11-0.

Physics test kinda killed everyone today.

CNY is round the corner and finally a break from school.

We’re selected to do a Dragon Boating Exhibition competion at some opening of some water center next month or so. (We’re remembered as 2007’s Champions ^^)

Mingyew is now a 3SGT. SGT CHOO!
-
No, I will no become a CLT. Or Cadet Captain or whatever NCC’s calling to get their kicks.
Gah. School’s really tiring. But Mrs Koh gave us a really ass-kicking motivational talk today. “Just put in all your hard work for the next 7 months..”
Come on, I can’t even put in the hard work to complete my Geography assignment for the next 30 minutes.
